Utility assistance up to $100 with cut off notice. Rent assistance up to $100 with eviction notice, first month's rent or emergency lodging. Prescription assistance for life threatening purposes. Pantry assistance on an every 30 day basis. Dental assistance up to $100 on an every 6 months basis. Transportation assistance (emergency). Need photo ID, SS# at each visit. Face to face interview with assistance dependent upon availability of funds and pantry items.
